Our skilled workforce work with modern CNC machinery to deliver components in batches from 10 to 10,000 off. We specialise in CNC turning, but can offer CNC milling and conventional machined components, all manufactured to customer supplied specifications. All products are available in a wide range of materials that include Brass, Plastics, and Mild Steels through to Stainless, Copper and Tool Steels.

Up to 70mm bar feed capacity 
  • 1 Colchester Tornado 80 CNC lathe with bar feed

  • 2 Colchester Tornado 100 CNC lathes

CNC milling and drilling
  •  2 XYZ LR 500 VMC with Siemens shop mill control
  •  2 XYZ bed mills with ProtoTRACK control
